The ANC in
KwaZulu-Natal says it will engage with trade union federation Cosatu to advance
the interests of the working class.

The party held a press briefing on Friday following a meeting of the provincial executive committee.
Provincial secretary Bheki Mtolo says efforts to create jobs and sustainable livelihoods remain central to the party.
He says it's more important after KZN suffered economic devastation with the Covid-19 pandemic, last year's unrest, the April floods and the rising cost of living.

"Farm workers, security guards, all civil servants - nurses, police, teachers - municipal workers and all other workers who make KZN a province hard at work every day.
