ANC KZN confirms only one member has stepped aside
Updated | By Gcinokuhle Malinga
The African National Congress (ANC) in KZN says so far - only one of its provincial members facing criminal charges - has stepped aside.

According to an NEC resolution, party members were given a 30-day ultimatum in March to step aside or face suspension.
The party's National Working Committee said those who defy the order would be handed suspension letters this week.
In KZN, provincial deputy chair, Mike Mabuyakhulu voluntarily stepped down two weeks ago.

He faces fraud and money laundering charges.
The ANC's provincial spokesperson, Nhlakanipho Ntombela said: "That's why we have not stood aside. We have forwarded it to the NWC and NEC to process their suspension.
"The Secretary-General's office will process the letters of their suspension after the NEC over the weekend."
