Alleged Inanda cop killers back in court

The case against the three men accused of murdering a policeman in Inanda, north of Durban will line up again in the Ntuzuma Magistrates Court today.
The accused - aged between 18 and 26 years - allegedly kidnapped, stripped and shot at sergeant Vusi Moyana and officer Jabu Jojisa while they were serving a protection order in the Namibia informal settlement.
Moyana was killed and Jojisa hurt.
Sabelo Mkhize, Siboniso Kwibisa and Lindokuhle Mchunu are facing two charges of kidnapping, two of robbery, one of murder, attempted murder and possession of prohibited firearms.
During their last appearance, the three abandoned their bail application.
The court granted them a transfer from the Greenwood Police Station Cells to Westville Prison, alleging that they had been assaulted while in custody.
