6 killed in KZN north coast crash
Several people have been killed in a crash near Amatikulu on the KwaZulu-Natal north coast.
IPSS Medical Rescue says a truck and a bakkie collided on the N2 highway on Friday afternoon.
The service's Samantha Merrick says traffic has been severely affected, as medics are still treating the injured victims.
"Reports from the scene are that there are six deceased and nine critically injured patients.
"The patients are under the care of IPSS Medical Avanced Life Support and EMRS."
It's not known what led to the collision.
