A ski-boat crew has been rescued after their vessel capsized off Richards Bay this afternoon.

Ports Authority officials alerted the National Sea Rescue Institute who then launched two of its boats to rescue the crew.
The institute's Craig Lambinon says it is believed they got into trouble after hitting a wave.

Lambinon says when they arrived one of the men had been clinging onto the upturned hull of the boat.
''The NSRI, Transnet National Ports Authority, a rescue helicopter and two NSRI rescue boats responded to the team.
''A private boat that was nearby at the time also went to help and they rescued one of the four men. The NSRI rescued the other three. None of the four men were injured,'' he said.
