The Manguzi Community Police Forum says the town is on edge following the crime.
Some senior provincial government members are expected to join the protest.
Thandazile Mpunzi's had been missing for over a week before her body was found in a shallow grave recently.
Three people lead police to the grave. A traditional healer was then also arrested. Chairman of the CPF, Welcome Msweli says this kinds of behaviour cannot be accepted in the community.
"We can't have people who don't respect the right to life living amongst us. They treat people like animals - in fact animals are better than them because one wouldn't do this to another. They have to be amongst other like them. They must be sentenced to life. We don't want them back here," he said.
