The small central KwaZulu-Natal town was rocked by allegations of cannibalism in August.
Several people were arrested after one of the men allegedly walked into a local police station saying he was tired of the practice.
Five people initially appeared in court on charges of murder and conspiracy to commit murder.

Some people said at the time that they live in fear, urging the court to keep the suspects behind bars.
Four people now face charges linked to the so-called Estcourt Cannibalism Case.
They appeared in court again earlier this month and were refused bail.

The National Prosecuting Authority says the suspects will appear in court again on the 25th of January.
