1 killed, 13 hurt in Newcastle taxi crash
One person has been killed and 13 others hurt in an accident in Madadeni in the Amajuba District Municipality.
The vehicle was travelling in Section 3, when it overturned.
It is unclear what exactly led to the crash last night.
Paramedics say they treated passengers who had been thrown from the taxi for various injuries before transporting them to a local hospital.
Sadly One man died on the scene.
Authorities will be investigating the cause of the incident.
