Zoleka Mandela's family are holding onto the "beautiful memories" they made together three months after her death.

Zoleka passed away in September at the age of 43. The two-time breast cancer survivor revealed in August last year that her cancer had spread

She was later diagnosed with metastatic cancer to the hip, liver, lung, pelvis, brain, and spinal cord.

"It’s been three months since our beloved Zoleka Mandela left this world, and not a day goes by without feeling the void she left in our hearts. Yet, in this time, her spirit has become a beacon of strength, resilience, and love for us all," Zoleka's family wrote in a post shared on her Instagram page.

They thanked her supporters for the outpouring of love they received after her death.

"Your kind words, memories, and shared moments have been a source of comfort, reminding us of the impact she had on countless lives."
