Amanda du-Pont seems to be living out of her suitcase these days. The actress just got back from a retreat in Thailand and is glowing from head to toe.

The 33-year-old's trip to the Southeast Asian country took place shortly after she jetted to Turkey for breast augmentation surgery.

After recovering from the trip, Amanda was ready for her next big travel adventure in Thailand. She was invited to the country by the Thailand Tourism Authority.

"Healing Luxury Retreat," she captioned one image. Amanda added in a separate post: "Yacht sippin. Stress dippin."

The "luxury curated trip" was a breath of fresh air for the star who has overcome a lot in the past few months. She accused Jub Jub of raping her in an emotional video she shared on Instagram in December.

Amanda was supported by her friends, family, and fans during the ordeal. Travel also appears to be a form of therapy for the former 'ISibaya' actress.

She has traveled to several overseas destinations since December including Dubai and several cities in Turkey. A change of scenery can do wonders for your mental health.

Here's a look at Amanda's travel diary for the past few months.
