Rihanna's 'family is now complete' after welcoming second baby

The 'Lift Me Up' hitmaker loves being a mom and is happy with her family of four.

Rihanna became a mom of two in August, and according to a close source, the singer now feels that her family is complete. 

The 35-year-old reportedly gave birth earlier this month. Several reports claim she welcomed a baby boy.

A source tells People magazine that "Rihanna feels her family is now complete". The source adds that being a mother of two is "something she’s always wanted".

Rihanna and her partner, rapper ASAP Rocky, also have a one-year-old son named RZA. He is named after Wu-Tang Clan member, Robert Fitzgerald Diggs, who uses the stage name RZA. 

"[It’s a] great honor to know that there’s another generation that’s not even of my own household that feels the strength and the inspiration of that name... I salute her and A$AP and their family. All the blessings in the world from me,” he told CNN about the couple's name choice in July. 

ASAP Rocky, whose real name is Rakim Athelaston Mayer, confirmed their son's name while celebrating their his first birthday in May.

"'WU TANG IZ 4 DA CHUREN'. HAPPY 1st BIRTHDAY TO MY 1st BORN. RZA [heart emoji]," the rapper wrote. 

The name of their second child has not been revealed as yet.

Rihanna revealed on Father's Day that the Mayers boys stole her whole heart. She also opened up about motherhood in an interview with British Vogue in February 2023. 

The 'Lift Me Up' singer called her first few months as a mother "legendary".

"It’s everything. You really don’t remember life before, that’s the craziest thing ever. You literally try to remember it – and there are photos of my life before – but the feeling, the desires, the things that you enjoy, everything, you just don’t identify with it because you don’t even allow yourself mentally to get that far, because it doesn’t matter," she said.
