Stepdad duties! Murdah Bongz spends quality time with Kairo Forbes
Fans praise Murdah Bongz for being "a real inspiration to all men and families".
Bongani Mohosana, also known Murdah Bongz and Mörda, is hard at work recording music for his next project, but he is never too busy for his stepdaughter Kairo Forbes.
The Former Black Motion member recently spent one-on-one quality time with Kairo at a rollerskating rink in Johannesburg.
Murdah Bongz, who is married to Kairo's mother DJ Zinhle, has stepped up to the plate following the tragic death of her father, Kiernan 'AKA' Forbes.
The 'Lemons' hitmaker was gunned down in Durban hours before he was set to perform at a nightclub. AKA was killed alongside his friend Tebello 'Tibz' Motsoane.
Murdah Bongz, who previously praised AKA for being an amazing father, is taking his role as a stepfather seriously.
"Love," he captioned pictures from his day out with Kairo on Instagram. DJ Zinhle was also present.

Murdah Bongz also shared a vlog-style video of their trip to the roller rink.
"Quality time, whilst creating music in the past I never knew how important these moments with family are. I love coming out of my comfort zone lately, it makes life meaningful," he wrote.
The video ended with Zinhle and Murdah Bongz back at home. The couple's daughter Asante makes an appearance.

The musician thanked his family for supporting him during his long hours in the studio and on the road.
Murdah Bongz's followers applauded him for taking care of Kairo as if she was his own daughter.
"All we can say is thank you Bongani. You are so special and comforting to us every day by doing this to our girl child! We love you guys," one follower wrote.
Another follower added: "You are a real inspiration to all men and families. God bless you over and over again. Let God and love always lead."
