Rachel Kolisi is breathing a sigh of relief after South Africa's nail-biting match against England at the Rugby World Cup in France.

The Springboks' semi-final match at the weekend ended in a 16-15 victory over the Red Roses. Handre Pollard's 78th-minute penalty kick advanced South Africa through to the final, where they will face arch rivals New Zealand.

The close finish caused millions of people to suffer near heart attacks.

"I’m not watching the final. My heart will stop, I can’t after the quarter-finals and semis," one rugby fan wrote on Instagram.

Rachel, who is married to Springbok captain Siya Kolisi, watched the game from the stands with their children, Keziah and Nicholas.

She understands exactly how the country feels.

"Pulse check. Everyone okay? What a time to be alive," she wrote on Instagram after the game.

Springbok WAGs celebrate South Africa's big win

The rest of the wives and girlfriends (WAGs) of the team were also in celebration model after the Bokke's big win.

Marise Pollard was all smiles while hugging her husband Handre.

"Dankie Jesus," she wrote on Instagram.

Rugby fans told Marise that he is also South Africa's husband.

"Your Husband is Our husband😂...He did that for south Ah."
