Connie Ferguson's father looks like he could give Jackie Chan a run for his money.
The actress shared a picture of her 83-year-old father, Sensei Fish Tuelo Masilo, to honour him as her "man crush".
The elderly man looks fitter than most people his age and it is all thanks to his love of sports.
"At age 83, with all the niggles that naturally come with old age, he’s still as active as ever! Known as the “Black Cat” in his boxing days back in the 60’s and 70’s, his love for sports, especially Karate and Boxing, is what keeps him young at heart and a joy to be around!" Connie captioned a picture of her amazing dad.
She added that her dad is the reason she enjoys working out: "He has instilled in me the discipline and innate love for physical activity!"

The Queen actress takes after her father in many ways. Connie is also a fitness fanatic and regularly shows off her boxing moves at the gym.
The 49-year-old also has abs of steel.
