Lindsay Lohan expecting her first child with husband Bader Shammas

Lindsay is "excited" to become a mom.

'Mean Girls' star Lindsay Lohan has announced that she is expecting her first child with her husband, Bader Shammas.

"We are blessed and excited!" she said on Tuesday.

The 36-year-old's friends - including Paris Hilton, who recently welcomed her first child via surrogate - flooded the comments section of her Instagram page with messages of congratulations. 

"Congratulations love! So happy for you. Welcome to the Mommy Club!" Hilton wrote. 

Lindsay says she can't wait to become a mom. 

"We are very excited for our new family member to arrive and we are looking forward to this next chapter of our lives!" she told TMZ

Lohan and Shammas, who works in finance, got engaged on 11/11 in 2021. They tied the knot in a private ceremony last year. 

Lohan revealed she was married in a sweet post she shared about Shammas in July 2022. 

"I am the luckiest woman in the world. You found me and knew that I wanted to find happiness and grace, all at the same time. I am stunned that you are my husband. My life and my everything. Every woman should feel like this every day," the actress wrote.  

According to PEOPLE magazine, Shammas is an assistant vice president at Credit Suisse. The pair sparked romance rumours when they were pictured at a music festival in Dubai where he lives.

While Lohan has shared several pictures of her Kuwaiti husband on Instagram, she has revealed few details about their romance.
