Kelly Rowland on Blue Ivy's work ethic: 'I'm very proud'

While most children her age are playing musical chairs, Blue Ivy is performing in front of thousands of people.

Kelly Rowland has praised Beyoncé's daughter Blue Ivy for her amazing work ethic at just 11 years old.

The pre-teen has been showing off her dance moves onstage during Queen B's 'Renaissance World Tour'.

Kelly, who was a member of Destiny's Child alongside Beyoncé and Michelle Williams, can't stop gushing over Blue Ivy.

'"I'm very proud," the 'Dilemma' hitmaker told E! News. "She works very freaking hard, period. But how could she not, you know? She sees her mother in action and she sees her father in action and how they apply everything, hard work to everything that they do."

Blue Ivy's father is 24x Grammy Award winner Jay-Z.  He has been spotted in the audience supporting his wife and daughter during the tour.

Beyoncé and Jay-Z's daughter Rumi Carter has also been pictured in the crowd.

The couple's son, Sir Carter, has not been seen at any of the shows.

Beyoncé is just as proud of Blue Ivy as her aunty Kelly. Queen B praised Blue after the tween made her tour debut at her London show in May.

"My beautiful firstborn. I’m so proud and thankful to be your mama. You bring us so much joy, my sweet angel," the 'Break My Soul' singer wrote on Instagram

It's not the first time Blue Ivy has taken centre stage at one of her mother's shows. She was part of Beyoncé's 2022 Grammys performance.

Blue Ivy was one of the dancers featured in the 41-year-old singer's pre-recorded performance of 'Be Alive'. She also made a surprise appearance at Beyoncé's invite-only show in Dubai in January.

Blue Ivy's hard work is paying off. She won her first BET Award at just eight years old, making her the youngest person to receive the award.

Beyoncé and Blue Ivy won the 'Best Her Award' for their song, 'Brown Skin Girl', in 2020. Blue Ivy won her first Grammy in 2021 for the same song in the 'Best Music Video' category.

She was just nine years old at the time!
