Kelly has been asked if she is worried about all the news faces making their way to daytime TV.  The 40-year-old is excited for Jennifer - whom she also worked with on 'The Voice'.

“Who would have thought two girls from Idol would be doing this type of thing? There’s room for everyone. I just wanted to say that, because I don’t like how people pit us against each other. I want to be sure that everyone knows that we are supportive of each other. We are all so different, and daytime is an amazing platform for all of us to bring something positive into the world," she told Variety

Jennifer's new show is one of her many big achievements in 2022. She became the 17th person in history to achieve EGOT (Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, Tony) status

"If you want to escape, it’s an escape. If you want to twirl around and dance, I want you to be able to do that. I want you to feel comfortable and at home. I want you to feel when you leave, like, ‘Oh, that’s just Jennifer. That’s who she is.’ I want it to be a celebration because everybody has been on my whole career journey with me," she told Glamour magazine about her new show.

The 'Spotlight' hitmaker's talk show is premiering on her 41st birthday. Former 'American Idol' judge Simon Cowell is one of her first guests!
