The race for the White House is heating up, with both Donald Trump and Joe Biden hopeful for a win - despite some election day drama. But one candidate appears to have thrown in the towel already.

Kanye West's bid for the presidency seems highly unlikely at this point, and the rapper seemingly conceded the 2020 election on Twitter. Early returns showed the rapper failed to get even one percent of the vote.

But he is already looking ahead to 2024.

"WELP. KANYE 2024," he wrote on Twitter.

Kanye voted for the first time in his life and naturally, he selected his name on the ballot box.

Despite many calling him crazy for running for president, scores of Kanye's fans revealed they voted for him.

But it is unclear if Kanye's wife Kim Kardashian voted for him.

The reality star did not publicly campaign for the rapper, and ignored nosy fans' questions about who would get her vote.

She did, however, urge her millions of followers to go out and vote.
