Charlize chats about her new Netflix movie and whether she will be making an appearance in future Marvel movies.
South African-born actress Charlize Theron says her seven-year-old daughter loves her new movie.
The 47-year-old stars alongside Kerry Washington in Netflix's 'The School for Good and Evil', which was released in October. Charlize plays Lady Leonora Lesso, who is a Dean at the School for Evil.
The fantasy film is based on Soman Chainani's book of the same name. Laurence Fishburne, Michelle Yeoh, Sofia Wylie, and Sophia Anne Caruso also have roles in the film.
Charlize stopped by 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!', to chat about the film. Jimmy asked the actress if the movie might be too scary for children.
"My seven-year-old watched it. She's tough though but he had a couple of moments. There's a moment when these really beautiful flowers show really gnarly teeth. She was not expecting that. I think you have to know your kid. If your kid is super sensitive then I would say it is probably a little dark, but my seven-year-old loved it," the 'Monster' star told the host.
The Oscar-winner has two children named Jackson (10) and August (7). Charlize adopted her daughters in 2012 and 2015 respectively.

The 'Bombshell' star also talked about her surprise appearance in 'Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness' earlier this year.
Charlize's character Clea appears in a mid-credits scene. The actress was tight-lipped when Jimmy asked if her appearance means that she will feature in a future Marvel movie.
"I hope it's not it, but we'll see. I think I know, I mean, I am sure they can change their mind depending on what I say on this show," she laughed. "I play Clea. Let's just say that I have some work to do. I don't quite know who she is yet."
