'Brooke Logan' is coming to South Africa!

News that actress Katherine Kelly Lang, who plays Brooke Logan on 'The Bold and the Beautiful',  is coming to South Africa is causing a stir on social media.

Scores of people have taken to Twitter to shares hilarious memes about the 57-year-old. 

Katherine will touch down in Gauteng on August 27 and will hold meet-and-greets in Soweto and Pretoria in early September.

Fans in Port Elizabeth will also get to meet the actress. 

"Katherine will spend her time meeting her adoring fans, visiting South Africa’s historic sites and as part of her personal give-back cause, Breakaway from Cancer - she will be competing in the gruesome and challenging Ironman Championships in Port Elizabeth on Saturday, 1st September 2018," SABC 3 said in a statement.

Katherine's character on the popular soapie is known for her many dalliances and weddings on the show.

Brooke's marriages to Ridge Forrest, his father Eric Forrester, and his brother Thorne Forrester have provided for some interesting TV.

She married Ridge at least seven times since the show made its debut in 1987! Brooke has had several other marriages and broken a home or two along the way.
