Beyoncé is quashing rumours that she removed Lizzo's name from a song lyric due to a recent lawsuit filed against her.

“Lizzo. I love you, Lizzo!” she said during her Atlanta show on Monday.

Several reports claimed that the 'Halo' singer dissed Lizzo while performing her 'Break My Soul (The Queens Remix)' at one of her 'Renaissance World Tour' shows.

Beyoncé gives a shout-out to some of her favourite female singers in the song, including Lizzo. But some fans noticed that the 41-year-old left her name out during some performances.

Many speculated that it was due to the drama surrounding Lizzo and her dancers. Three of the singer's former dances accused her of creating a toxic work environment.

The accusations include claims of sexual harassment and fat-shaming.  The dancers accused Lizzo of forcing them to take turns touching nude performers during a visit to Amsterdam's Red Light District.

They were allegedly also made to catch dildos launched from the performers’ vaginas, and eat bananas protruding from the performers’ vaginas.

Lizzo responded to the "false" claims, calling them "gut-wrenchingly difficult and overwhelmingly disappointing".

Beyoncé mentions 29 female singers in her 'Break My Soul' remix. The lyrics include.

Queen Mother Madonna, I love ya
(Strike a pose, vogue)
(You know you can do it)
Rosetta Tharpe, Santigold (Vogue)
Bessie Smith, Nina Simone (Vogue)
Betty Davis, Solange Knowles
Badu, Lizzo, Kelly Rowl' (You know you can do it)

She skipped Lizzo's name during a performance in early August and replaced her name with a second 'Badu'.

"Badu, Badu, Bad," she sang.

But some of Beyoncé's fans believe she only did so in reaction to Erykah Badu accusing her of ripping off her style.

The 'Tyrone' singer suggested that Beyoncé was stealing her style. She shared a side-by-side picture of them wearing similar hats.

"Hmm…. I guess I’m everybody’s stylist," she wrote.

Fans think Queen B repeatedly singing "Badu" was a dressing down for her shadiness.

"When she said 'Badu Badu Badu Badu' she was clearly telling Erykah Badu, 'I don’t know why you’re trying to start something, or be shady, when I literally refer to you as an inspiration already', after she made the comment about Beyoncé’s hat referencing her," one fan wrote on Twitter.

All that drama over a hat!
