Taylor Swift’s new music video hits nine-million views on day of release
Multi-award winning artist Taylor Swift has released the music video for ‘The Man’ and millions of people are loving it.
Taylor Swift has been a record breaker throughout her career - and that isn't going to change anytime soon.
On Thursday, the singer released the music video for ‘The Man’ - a song that tackles patriarchy.
Within a few hours of release, the video was sitting on nine-million views and has over 600,000 likes.
‘The Man’ is from Swift’s new album, ‘Lover’.
In the music video, Taylor Swift plays the role of a man and shows how different things would be if she was a man.
She also features her father.
Swift has thanked her father for agreeing to be a part of the music video.
"My dad making his acting debut as ‘unimpressed umpire’ is a memory I’ll always cherish. Thank you to the entire cast and crew for helping me become the man I always knew I could be," she wrote on Instagram.
