The 2018 FIFA world Cup is just three months away, and Cassper Nyovest is hoping to get you in the football spirit with his new anthem.

He has teamed up with Jason Derulo for Coca-Cola's official World Cup song, called 'Colours'.

Cassper debuted the song at a listening session last week.

The 'Destiny' hitmaker says he freestyled his rap verse on the song.

"I wanted to capture the moment. My verse was not written down and none of the lyrics were pre-planned," Drum magazine quoted him as saying.

Cassper flew to Los Angeles to record his verse at Jason's home studio.

The 27-year-old says singing the World Cup anthem is a big opportunity for his career.

"Just to be associated with Coke is an honour because it is one of the biggest brands in the world. For them to pick me to be part of the World Cup shows that I am moving in the right direction," Cassper said.

Jason, whose latest single 'If I'm Lucky' is currently at number 10 on the Coca-Cola Top 40 chart, shared a behind-the-scene's look at the new song on YouTube last month.

We can't wait to listen to the full song when it drops on March 16.
