Harry Styles stops shows until 2021 amid coronavirus fears

Harry Styles is the latest artist to cancel his shows for the year and to ask everybody to self-isolate.
Many artists around the globe are using social media to urge their fans to adhere to the precautions given by the World Health Organisation to help curb the spread of coronavirus.
Harry Styles on Wednesday announced that he is postponing his scheduled shows until 2021. He said this drastic measure is to avoid putting his life and the lives of his band members and fans at risk.

“Anyone who knows me, knows that performing has always been my favorite part of working in music. However, during times like these, the safety and protection of touring crew, fans, and everyone else around the world is an immediate priority," he wrote on Instagram.
"For obvious reasons, the upcoming tour in the UK and Europe will be rescheduled to 2021. Tickets already purchased will be valid for these shows. In the meantime, we will be closely monitoring the situation around the world and will continue updating you in the months to come," the 'Adore You' hitmaker added.

He went on to urge everyone to stay indoors.
"For the safety of yourself and others, please self-isolate. We’re all in this together," he said.
