MORE FROM EAST COAST RADIO:
The 33-year-old visited 'American Idol' vocal coach Nick Cooper to get her ready for the song's recording.
The acclaimed vocal coach has worked with high-profile stars such as Beyoncé, Zendaya, Usher, and Jennifer Lopez.
"When I started seeing @gonickcooper earlier this summer, 'Call My Name' was the focus. Something came up on my usual lesson day and we ended up seeing each other on release day! Divine? I think so. I always want to elevate and expand my range and my craft—I’m forever a student. He’s been helping me take my voice to a whole new level in preparation for this project. He’s the best in the biz and I can’t wait for you to hear," Jordin said.
The 'No Air' hitmaker is working on a new album which is reportedly due for release sometime in 2024.
