If you are like us and are always looking for new chocolate recipes, don't fret.
Keri Miller has a delicious homemade dairy-free chocolate treat to satisfy your chocolate desires.
It only requires a few ingredients and it is absolutely yummy.
Here is how to make it:
Ingredients
Lindt 90% dark chocolate
Coconut oil (about 2 tbs)
Carob (tbsp)
Honey to sweeten (tbsp)
Coconut flakes
Assorted seeds
Sliced almonds
Method
- Melt the chocolate, add the coconut oil, carob, and honey.
- In a separate pan, dry fry the coconut, seeds, and sliced almonds (fry each ingredient on its own).
- Add the dry ingredients to the chocolate in a pan.
- Stir and spoon into muffin holders or an ice tray.
Freeze, break off as a guilt-free portion, and enjoy!
