LISTEN: Baby Siwaphiwe's elated father speaks following her return

The father of the one-month-old baby who was abducted during a hijacking in the CBD - says he is relieved and elated that his infant daughter has been found alive.

Siwaphiwe Mbambo disappeared of Friday, after armed suspects accosted her mother near a Durban shopping centre - forcing her out of her Toyota Yaris - along with her eight-year-old son.
The men sped off in the car - later abandoning it in Montclair, south of Durban - without the baby inside.

The two-day search for the child came to an end his morning - when a car was stopped at the Marianhill Toll plaza in the early hours of this morning and the child was found in it.
Siwaphiwo's father, Felokwakhe Mbambo, says he received a call from police at 3am this morning.
Three suspects have since been arrested - on charges of kidnapping and hijacking.
