LISTEN: SA's airline capacity has just been reduced by 40%

Comair, the operator of domestic airlines British Airways and Kulula.com, has suspended flights due to a lack of funding.

Comair, who operates Kulula.com and British Airways flights, has taken to social media to announce the suspension of all flights while it attempts to secure funding.

Comair CEO Glenn Orsmond said: “We deeply regret the inconvenience this suspension will cause our customers. We did everything we could to avoid it. Comair, the BRPs, and the lenders are working all out to get the funding in place so we can resume our normal flight schedule as soon as possible.”

According to ECR Newswatch, British Airways andkulula.com ticket sales have also been suspended with immediate effect.
