The Kloof Civic Hall Mega Pop-Up thrift market has experienced much success since its launch. They have grabbed the attention of many market goers around KZN.
Based on the success of their Valuation Roadshow in April, they are hosting a mega thrift sale pop-up this weekend at the Kloof Civic Hall.
Founder of the Upper Highway Thrifted and Vintage Treasures group, Sanja Hanekom, had this to say about the market: "Our market has grown into a mega pop-up with 40+ stalls, showcasing preloved items from sellers all over Durban. We're hosting a mega sale with fabulous deals to attract visitors and move even more preloved items, including fashion items from just R20!"
Hanekom's commitment to promoting a sustainable community is closely connected to her events. She believes that by promoting a lifestyle of reuse, repurpose and recycling, we can help our environment and be a no-waste community.
"We've also added a new outdoor section, featuring super affordable fashion, accessories, lifestyle, crafts, and a convenient food and refreshments refill station for our visitors", said Hanekom.

Thrifting and affordable shopping can be an exhausting, energy-consuming exercise, but it's also utterly irresistible!
