In case you missed out on what happened this past Monday evening, ANC deputy president Paul Mashatile will move into the Union Buildings as successor to David Mabuza, who recently resigned as Ramaphosa’s second-in-command.

In addition, there have been more appointments with the Minister of Electricity post filled by former Tshwane mayor Kgosientsho Ramokgopa.

With all of this going on, Darren and Sky needed the opinion of someone who is more experienced in this sort of field.

In comes East Coast Radio news editor Marius Van Der Walt. He was on-air with the Breakfast show as they asked all the questions surrounding the new appointments, as well as the new Minister of Electricity.
