More buildings in KwaZulu-Natal are being shut because of coronavirus cases.

The Msunduzi Municipality has closed two of its facilities that service residents - after two employees became infected.
The affected buildings are the AS Chetty premises- which house the municipal banking and payment services - as well as the Professor Nyembezi building where the City's call centre is situated.

Municipal spokesperson, Thobeka Mafumbatha says the two staff members are in isolation and their contacts being traced. The buildings are being decontaminated.
She says citizens can make use of alternative platforms.
"We also want to encourage our consumers who want to make payments for their rates and electricity - they can pay via FET," says Mafumbatha.
