There's just no stopping rapper Drake. The 31-year-old is officially the first solo male artist to have two songs spend 10 weeks on the top of the charts in America.

'God's Plan' fended off competition from Bebe Rexha & Florida Georgia Line's 'Meant to Be' - which is at number two on the Billboard Hot 100.

The track is also the fifth to spend at least 10 consecutive weeks at the top.

Other artists to achieve the feat include Mariah Carey's 'One Sweet Day' featuring Boyz II Men, Elton John's 'Candle in the Wind', and Adele's 'Hello'.

'God's Plan' made history when it was released in January. It broke Apple Music and Spotify's one-day streaming record.

It became the second song in history to be streamed over 100-million times in one week.

The single's success follows in the footsteps of Drake's 2016 smash hit, 'One Dance', featuring WizKid and Kyla - which also spent 10-weeks at No.1 on the Billboard Hot 100.

'God's Plan' made it to number one on the Coca-Cola Top 40. It's currently at number 10 on the chart.
