B is for healthy bones. Keep yours strong with bananas, brown rice and barley. These foods are full of dietary silicone, which improves the functioning of bones and their connective tissue.
When it comes to picking training partners, aim high. Exercising with a friend who is fitter than you will encourage you to work harder than training alone.
