5 annoying things people do on Twitter
Updated | By Staff Writer

Don't get the wrong impression here, I am not claiming to be one of the best tweeps out there, but at least I try not to be one of the worst.
Whenever I see people making a fool of themselves online, I always wonder if they ever realise that everyone thinks they are annoying.
Here is my list of 5 super annoying things people do on Twitter:
1. PFB/KFB (Please follow back/kindly follow back) - this HAS to be number one. People do it all the time, I find it rude and very annoying. OK, you just followed me, why not at least try to interact with me a little and see if I'll follow you back or not? I never follow people who tweet me this (unless I'm in a good mood, of course).
2. Retweeting every mention - we see that your followers interact with you. Yay for you! But seriously, why RT every mention?
3. Replying to tweets from people you don't follow - if I don't follow you and you don't follow me, why waste your time replying to my tweet?
4. Sucking up - This happens every day; people sucking up because they want a follow-back from their favourite celebrity. We see you!
5. Entering every competition - these people are everywhere, even on Facebook. I never waste time following them. It's OK if you enter one competition every now and again BUT not all the time. I have seen people who do this, and whenever I go on their timeline it's just competition RTs. Such is not welcome on my timeline.
Find @SandyNeneSA on Twitter, but don't ask for a follow-back ;)
