Matthew Mole @ LIVE
Matthew Mole made South African chart history by becoming the first local artist to enter the iTunes album chart at No 1 with his debut album last year. Join this Fishoek lad for his set and see what all the fuss is about. He’ll be at Durban’s favourite live venue, LIVE, this Friday night. Tickets are R70 and the show starts at around 8pm. 
 
 
 
The Hinds Brothers @ Corner Cafe
Durban folk duo the Hinds Brothers will be joined by Hawaian Ukulele Master Jahrool Jhay at the Corner Cafe. The music starts at 7pm. Tickets are R50 and booking is strongly recommended. Call 031 2010219.

Yesterday Once More: A Tribute to the music of the Carpenters @ The Heritage Theatre.
The show that ran to packed houses two years ago is back for a short season, and this weekend is your last chance to catch this magical tribute. As one of the biggest selling groups of the 70s, the Carpenters knew how to beautifully craft music. This trip back into time is something you don’t want to miss. Enjoy your Sunday with Durban local crafters and creative at the Wonder Market. The market kicks off at 9am and closes around 2pm. Make sure you head down to the Chris Saunders park to claim your market treasure!

It’s definitely market weekend. I Heart Market on Saturday 1 Feb and Bulwer Market on Sunday 2 Feb. And lets not forget, funny man Aaron Mcilroy and Lisa Bobbert’s latest show, “Deadly Sins” opens at the Sneddon on the 6th Feb.
