WATCH: Unhappy guest smashes his car into a hotel in Shanghai
Perhaps he took it a tad bit too far?
Guest satisfaction is very important for those who form part of the leisure industry.
The obvious reason being that without guests, this industry would not survive.
But the reality of the situation is that guest interactions aren't always as smooth and pleasant as we all would like them to be.
In this instance, a guest at a hotel in Shanghai was not happy and took things to the max.

Reports on the incident revealed that the guest, who is allegedly a 28-year-old man, drove into the hotel, smashing his sports car through its doors.
He was apparently upset over the loss of his laptop during his stay at the hotel.
