WATCH: An undertaker prank goes wrong with some staff getting suspended

A prank gone terribly wrong...
Playing pranks on friends and co-workers is something that many people live for. It not only creates a vibe, but also uplifts people with a surprised sense of laughter.
And like the doctor says, laughter is the best medicine...
So when news hit that some staff members bared the 'not-so-funny' consequences of this prank, it was no laughing matter.
The prank in itself was indeed humourous. But the aftermath of it being shared online did not do any good for the company.
"Footage shows workers from T Cribb & Sons funeral directors in London standing over what looks to be a corpse. As one of them unzips the body bag..." (Daily Mail)
And then... this happens..

As much as it was done as a prank, the fact that the video has been receiving a mixed reaction (some thinking it was funny, whilst others are finding it quite disrespectful), caused the senior members of the funeral services to act accordingly.
"John Harris, senior partner at T Cribbs and Sons, saw the video at the weekend and confirmed he has suspended some staff." (Daily Mail)
It's a joke which should never have happened or been shared - I'm lost for words. It's a family business and I've been in it for 50 years. All the good work I've done in that time, you can see it destroyed by some foolishness. I'm at a loss really. I get why people think it's disrespectful. At the end of the day some thought they'd pay a prank on somebody. I can't stand here and condone it. Where's the common sense?- John Harris
This didn't end well for the staff. Some of whom have been with the company for 25 years. There is a risk that they may be dismissed because of the prank. Had the video not been leaked online, perhaps things would have been different?
