WATCH: Somersaulting to the ATM to celebrate payday
We guess celebrating all the wins in life are important...
We are hot on the heels of that day in the month that many of us look forward to... Payday!
So naturally it comes as no surprise that many people get excited to visit the ATM or the bank to collect or withdraw their salary.
After a long month, and the price of everything rising, making your rand stretch leaves you anticipating that SMS notification.

So when we came across this video, it came as no surprise to us.
In a video posted on TikTok, a woman is seen somersaulting not far from a Capitec ATM.
After somersaulting, she approaches the ATM casually and does her thing.

The video looks staged, so she wanted people to see her do the somersault, but there is a lack of context thereafter.
Naturally, this has spurred the TikTok audience to come up with their own commentary.
The consensus was that this woman had a large bank balance and was about to make a large withdrawal.
Nothing was confirmed though, so all we can do is speculate...
A large part of us believes the consensus, after all you wouldn't somersault your way to paying your debits...
