Ever been to a restaurant with a bar counter and then helped yourself to the condiments on the bar counter?

Well, if you have unknowingly, then we maybe understand.

But for the most part, it is an unspoken rule of thumb that those condiments are used for drinks and are not free for all.

This man, however, suspiciously had someone videoing him, when he was told by the bartender that he would be charged for a whole orange he had taken off the counter.

The TikToker who helped himself to the orange was told off by the bartender who explained that they are in a citrus shortage, and she would charge him for the orange.

He did not at all seem fazed by it, but when the bill came, he certainly was, as he noted that she had charged him a whole $12 (which is roughly around R218.00).
