Giving a third of your life to a company and then realising that they actually don't care about you, is indeed not ideal. 

But better to have realised it than to continue down an unproductive path, right?

Well, that was the case for this woman, Elizabeth Lovar, who worked her way up from delivery driver to General Manager at Pizza Hut. 

After giving nine and a half years to her job at Pizza Hut, she quit! 

In a video showing her doing chores in the kitchen, she explained that she has given so much to this job and honestly feels burnt out. 

She did not bash the company, and even said that she would miss her team, but she has to put herself first. 

And that was the best part of the video for us, healthy self-care is so important for both your physical and mental health.
