There are many things to consider when it comes to mental stability, besides the medical side of it, there is the biggest silent killer, called stress. It is said to be the cause of many chronic conditions, heart attacks, and other medical conditions.

But stress is also closely linked to suicide. Sometimes if you aren't able to provide for your family, or if you find yourself in position that you never expected being in, it can lead to dangerous thoughts. Thoughts that could lead to your demise, and in this case, your child's as well.

It has been said that negative thoughts don't just affect you mentally, it extends to your emotional state as well as your physicality. So it can be said that your mental, emotional, and physical state are all in cohesion with one another.

Suicide is one such result of stress. Suicidal thoughts can affect the seemingly happiest person and many people won't even know it. Think about how many times you have heard about someone committing suicide, and yet they seemed so happy and worry-free.

A passing bus driver reportedly stopped a woman with a child from attempting suicide by trying to jump off a bridge in Guangzhou, China.

This video got us thinking of the stresses that people go through. Sometimes life can get super stressful and you feel like you have no other way out but there is always a way. Despite what you may think, suicide is preventable and there is help.

"Suicidal thoughts have many causes. Most often, suicidal thoughts are the result of feeling like you can't cope when you're faced with what seems to be an overwhelming life situation. If you don't have hope for the future, you may mistakenly think suicide is a solution. You may experience a sort of tunnel vision, where in the middle of a crisis you believe suicide is the only way out." (Mayo Clinic)
