Everybody needs a treat and here's how KZN residents treat themselves!

We could all use a treat now and then, the more often the better.
With all the stresses and worries of everyday life, it can become hectic to find time for yourself and we all know how important self-care is.
Well, we all should definitely know this.

With the rise in self-care tips and the declaration of the importance of emotional and mental wellness by influential and powerful voices like Oprah Winfrey and Prince Harry, it comes as no shocker that Vic Naidoo encourages everyone to take some time out to treat themselves.

It can be something big or something small, it doesn't matter, as long as you are dedicating some time and effort to treating yourself.
We all have different ways of “treating” ourselves.
For some of us, it’s something as simple as going for a walk or getting those ‘brows done!
