It's not often that your instincts are tested but when they are, are you the person who would run to help a stranger or would you freeze in panic?

A TikToker took to the platform to share her disappointment in her fellow South Africans when a woman collapsed and no one helped.

Well, some people helped, but she was just shocked that not everyone came to assist.

In a video, the TikToker, Netanya Vather, said that she was outside Woolworths when an elderly lady fell.

The car guards ran to assist her but were unable to lift her off the floor. So, Netanya dropped her belongings and ran to help the woman.

She managed to pick her up off the floor. The lady kept insisting she was okay.
