Awkward, soooo awkward...

One of the most common things that many jobs have in their code and conduct is dress attire.

It is something that the company conforms to as to what is appropriate.

Of course, it differs according to the type of job you have. Some companies have uniforms, whilst others have casual dress, and then there's smart casual or formal attire.

Depending on which industry you work in, it is sometimes a firm requirement to dress within the dress code.

But not everyone feels comfortable in conforming. After all, the way one dresses is very much a part of their style.

Not only that, some might argue that the way they dress makes them feel better, as a form of motivation almost.

Which brings us to this woman, who shared a video of how she was dressed at work.

She shared in the video that her boss had called her into the office to explain to her that she had received a complaint from a manager about how she was dressed.

The TikToker, who goes by Giselle, shook her head in astonishment as she was fully covered.

She then takes a step back and shows what she is wearing. She has a grey-blue blouse on over a top and black leggings.

And according to Giselle, leggings are allowed on the dress code. She works as a healthcare worker.

What was interesting was the way people responded to her.

Many people were completely hating on her, saying that she should cover her 'shape' up, while others had an issue with her wearing a crop top with the leggings, which made it less appropriate.
