Dealing with death can be different for everyone, but more than that it is an experience that we don't wish upon anyone.

It can be tricky in itself, but when you add finances into the mix, somehow people can get a bit ugly...

In this case, it was about a father who wanted to teach his daughter about life after he was no longer around.

A father who died earlier this year attained a large amount of wealth in his career as a stock trader, so he was very specific in his will.

"Reportedly, there were two clauses in the will; the first was for Brown to get a job; the second one was for her to do something remarkable and have a positive impact on society." (MSN)

Of course, being a parent can be a tricky thing when you want certain things for your children and haven't been able to help them achieve it before leaving this life.

But in true nature, Clare Brown, the daughter, is not happy about these clauses, which are being upheld by her family.

"I have called myself a broke millionaire because I am broke constantly and can’t do anything about it. Give me what is rightfully mine. I am suffering..." (MSN)

It makes sense why her father laid out those clauses clearly...

However, it was revealed that she in fact suffers from mental health issues as well as ADHD, which has paralysed her efforts in keeping a stable job.

"“I understand why these people want me to be a functioning member of society; however, you have to look at my diagnosis and realise that is not going to happen.

“I am not going to learn how to drive because I have ADHD. I have the attention span of a gnat,” she told a local TV station." (MSN)

It can be tricky to steer around fulfilling your late relative's wishes, but if you go in with a negative attitude, then you will have to bear the consequences.

The inheritance is quite a sizeable amount, R136.5-million, so we get why she would fight for it, but come on now, you have to at least try before declaring that you cannot...
