An ordinary-looking home in Huntsville, Alabama has gone on sale and it’s gained a lot of attention not only for it’s beautiful interior, but for an unusual bedroom ‘built for Dracula’, as well as the tiniest swimming pool – and people can’t get over the bizarre design.

The home, which boasts four bedrooms and five bathrooms, was renovated back in 2018 and is back on the market. The listing describes the property as having "the feel of an Upper East Side NY luxury home with a charming bungalow exterior!"

At first look, the home seems rather ordinary, but on closer inspection, a particular bedroom and swimming pool has people confused.

The wood-panelled master bedroom is modelled after the inside of a coffin that is ‘built for Dracula’. With an extremely tall bed that near covers the headboard, brown carpet and curtains, and a ceiling fan that is a little too close to the bed, the room has divided potential home owners online.

Meanwhile, the swimming pool outside has been called "insulting" due to its small size. "I would not have taken two pictures of that swimming pool,” one person commented online. Another suggested that "The pool and bed need to switch sizes."

Despite the small pool, the outdoor patio area is rather large and serves as the perfect backdrop for braais and other events. In fact, there is also a second kitchen where food can be prepped separately close by.

The full listing is explained as, "Fully renovated & expanded in 2018 with an open great room/kitchen/dining Areas & an oversized isolated master suite. Covered rear porch overlooks the private brick courtyard with plunge pool & extended patio seating - great for entertaining!"

The listing adds that there is a "Guest suite with full bath also located on the main level. Gourmet kitchen with a 2nd prep kitchen! Study with gas log fireplace, built-ins, art/sculpture niche & half bath. Third Guest Suite upstairs with private sitting area/nursery & 3/4 bath with dressing area. Covered parking & extra land (3 lots) if the detached garage is desired."

The property started going viral and has left many divided. "It's like they hired 35 decorators, assigned them various walls, floors, and windows in random rooms and said, ‘show me what you've got without consulting with the other decorators’. I have second-hand embarrassment," one person commented. Another joked: "If you sit up in bed in that bedroom, the ceiling fan is going to take your head off.

However, some really liked the property’s unique elements. "I like this house, except for that one bedroom, that bedroom is cursed," a potential home owner says. Another adds: "Haters gonna hate, but this is like the 'Personal Pan Pizza' of swimming pools. All for me."
