Do you have it in you to do what she did?
Not everyone is a marriage person. Some grow up dreaming about their wedding day, while others could never imagine themselves confined by the institution.
But we can understand the big fuss around finding love and planning your future with that one true love.
What we don't understand is when someone goes as far as committing to spending their lives with another and then doesn't show up...
This is what happened to a young bride recently. She showed up for her big day thinking that she was going to marry the love of her life.
But what actually happened was so heartbreaking. When Kayley Stead, a 27-year-old bride, realised that her future husband had ditched her on their wedding day, she was in a state of disbelief.
However, this young woman didn't just sit there holding her head and drowning herself in tears, she did something completely surprising.
"Kayley decided that since everyone had gone to the effort of coming to her big day and it was paid for, she was going to have her wedding anyway." (Tyla)
She celebrated with her family and friends and had a first dance with her dad...
Kayley's partner of four years left in the early hours of the morning of their wedding. They had agreed that they wouldn't talk a day before the wedding to make their wedding day more special, so she was truly clueless that he had left.
One of the groomsman broke the news to her best friend, who felt so heavy having to break the news to her.

"There were so many special moments, like my wedding entrance, the sparkler walk, the first dance and punching the wedding cake - so there was still happiness in the day." (Tyla)
