Berlin public pools will soon allow women to swim topless

The Berlin State Government has made an announcement that has sparked a huge debate all over the internet.
Berlin has had a long battle regarding discrimination.
There have been many cases of women not being treated equally or being excluded from certain situations or events.
One of the prominent situations that has been consistently complained about pertains to the rules at pools, whereby women, unlike men, cannot swim topless.

Previously, on the 21st of June 2020, Berlin implemented an anti-discrimination act which aimed to prohibit any form of discrimination in Berlin's social parameters inclusive of:
- Public schools
- Universities
- Public authorities
- Religious locations
The act would prohibit any form of discrimination of:
- Gender
- Race
- Ethnicity
- Disability
- Age
- Belief

After multiple complaints received by the Berlin State Government regarding the inequality at public pools, the authorities have acknowledged the filed complaints and have decided to pass a new rule which will allow all genders to swim without covering the top part of their body.
