Yesterday was a massive day for South Africa. The Constitutional Court delivered a brilliant verdict in the Nkandla case.
Simply, President Jacob Zuma and the national assembly had violated the constitution. They also clarified the role of the Public Protector. It was a victory for our constitutional democracy.
So we started the show off with this question: Did yesterdays ruling restore your faith in our Democracy? It was a resounding yes.
Then we asked ''What now?'' Should President Zuma be recalled? Should he resign? Once again the answer was a resounding yes. Some comments were thoughtful, others angry, others insightful. Clearly, most South Africans have lost faith, confidence and trust in President Zuma, so the ANC need to act, and act now!
