Women risk it all for slacklining competition in heels
Updated | By Damon Beard
The act of slacklining is difficult enough, but when you add a pair of heels into the mix, it takes things to a whole new level.
A competition in China has got people talking and holding onto the edge of their seats at the same time. But for a select group of women, it’s not such a big deal.
Walking on a slack rope is obviously tricky, especially if you're bad when it comes to balancing. A competition in China saw women attempting to cross a rope which was suspended over 1300-meters in the air.

But what was different about this tightrope competition was that these women attempted the feat by wearing heels. Getting your balance is one thing, but it becomes even more complicated with a pair of heels.
It is reported that the models had to wear 5cm high heels during their walk. The ultimate winner managed to get across the rope in 22 minutes and 36 seconds.
